YTZ Video Wall Installation 186” LG All-in-One Display at Billy Bishop Airport

Trade Sync recently completed the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of a 186” LG All-in-One display at Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) in partnership with PATTISON Outdoor. Installed within the Departures area of the terminal, the display provides a high-impact digital advertising platform in one of Toronto’s busiest travel hubs.

From concept to completion, the entire project was delivered in just five days.

Custom Structure Designed In-House

To support the large-format display, Trade Sync engineered and fabricated a custom freestanding structural frame specifically designed for the 186” LG All-in-One unit. The structure was fabricated in-house and finished with MDF cladding, creating a clean, architectural appearance suited for a public airport environment.

Designing and building the structure internally allowed the team to maintain full control over the project timeline while ensuring the display was safely supported and visually integrated within the space.

Fast-Turn Deployment

This installation highlights Trade Sync’s ability to move quickly from design and engineering to fabrication and installation. The entire process—including structural design, fabrication, and on-site installation—was completed within a five-day turnaround.

Handling the full workflow internally enables Trade Sync to execute fast-turn projects without sacrificing the structural integrity or finish quality required for large digital installations.

Large-Format Airport Advertising Display

The 186” LG All-in-One LED display provides a seamless large-format digital canvas for advertising content within the departures area. Positioned in a high-traffic location, the display offers strong visibility for brand campaigns targeting travelers moving through the terminal. Large-format LED installations like this are increasingly used across airports and transit environments to deliver dynamic advertising and digital media in spaces where traditional static signage once dominated.
