The purpose with any site survey is to ensure that there is good coordination between those who are making the specification, those installing and those who are requesting. Working with Store Image, Trade Sync was hired to conduct over 120 site survey at Couche-Tard Inc., convenience stores across the eastern part of Canada. The site surveys were completed in 5 weeks span and provided key measurements, store photos and new CAD drawing for each store location. The surveys become a key data source for the planning of store layout and design.
