The anxiously awaited benches for the Astral Media Street Furniture Program are finally a reality. The new benches started arriving in the core of the city late November 2008. Over 100 benches were installed within a week of the first installation.
Trade Sync, chosen as the installation professional for this project. This was a challenging rollout with accelerated time schedule which involved setting up the assembly line and design and manufacture of a multilevel modular racking system to accommodate 18 benches (each bench measuring 10′) on a 25′ trailer.
